Aiden is the face of Integrity and, more often than not, the first person you’ll deal with. He looks after property viewings and applications, and runs thorough reference and credit checks so the right tenants end up in your property. Working closely with both landlords and tenants, his focus is getting quality homes filled with quality people, quickly.
Ingrid Osborne
CEO
As CEO, Ingrid keeps the engine room running. She looks after rent collection and arrears, advertises your property when it’s available to let, and represents owners through any tenancy mediations or Tribunal hearings. Her focus is protecting your income and standing in your corner when it counts.
Nicola Supyk
Property Manager
Nicola makes sure your property is always well looked after. She manages routine inspections and maintenance, working with owners and tenants to keep every home maintained to the high standard Integrity expects. If something needs sorting, she’s on to it, protecting the condition and the value of your investment.
