Integrity Property Management ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs), including the indirect-collection notification requirements introduced by the Privacy Amendment Act 2025 (IPP 3A). Integrity Property Management provides residential property management services across the Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kāpiti and wider Wellington. You can contact us using the information provided on our website.

For example, for tenancy applications, we may collect information from referees, previous landlords or property managers, employers, and credit reporting or tenancy-reference agencies. We may also use publicly available sources. Where we collect your personal information indirectly, we will take reasonable steps to make you aware of the matters required by the Privacy Act, unless an exception applies.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

- respond to your enquiries and consultation bookings;
- provide and administer our property management services;
- assess and process tenancy applications;
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including under the Residential Tenancies Act and the Healthy Homes Standards;
- communicate with you about your portfolio or tenancy; and
- maintain and improve our website and services.

We only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected, for related purposes you would reasonably expect, or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. When we share your information

We may share personal information with:

- service providers who help us deliver our services (for example, tradespeople, inspection providers, software and IT providers, and payment processors);
- credit reporting and tenancy-reference agencies, for tenant screening;
- landlords or tenants, as relevant to a tenancy;
- government agencies, the Tenancy Tribunal, or others where required or authorised by law.

We take reasonable steps to ensure anyone we share information with protects it consistently with this policy and the Privacy Act.

6. Information sent or stored overseas

Some of our service providers (for example, cloud and software providers) may store information outside New Zealand. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected by safeguards comparable to those required under the Privacy Act.

7. Keeping your information secure
